LDUK  – Telephony Case Study

 

LDUK Limited is a call centre based in Manchester.  Their main route to market is Telesales making outbound calls to mobiles. 

 

LDUK employ roughly 15 – 20 staff who call customers who have recently requested information on loans.

 

LDUK approached Babelisk Ltd as they wanted to increase productivity and reduce their £5500 monthly telephony costs.

 

Babelisk Ltd took this challenge on and succeeded in increasing the amount of calls the staff made whilst reducing the costs to £2500 per month.

 

Productivity:  Babelisk Ltd installed a VOIP Auto Dialer into the business which decreased the amount of staff downtime and increased productivity.

 

Their agents started to make around 300 calls per day with at least 4 hours talk time which had doubled.

 

Cost reduction: Babelisk Ltd made a significant reduction in the costs by changing the client to a fixed call package and management rate.  A VOIP/ISDN hybrid phone system was put in place to make these changes work.
